DON'T GO SUMMER Supper Club - Saturday 2nd September and Saturday 14th October 2017.

We didn't want to give up on the summer just yet, so here is our late summer supper club menu.. Just send us an email saying: "DON'T GO SUMMER!" to and we'll talk turkey. Well, we won't talk turkey.. we'll talk about money, directions and all that other stuff.. I don't know why thats even an expression.. Here's the menu:


Victoria Plum and Thyme Smash.

VIctoria Plum slices and purée, fresh thyme syrup, fresh lemon, lemonade. 

Upgrade to Prosecco for £5.


Amuse Bouche

Crab cake with Chalaquita.. (A spicy salsa made with fresh sweetcorn, chilli, lime and parsley..)



Butternut Squash with Salami, Sage & Ricotta Tortellini, Sage Oil, Cream, Amaretti Crumbs.



Home Jasmine-smoked salmon, roasted golden and red beetroot, horseradish mascarpone, lambs lettuce, sorrel and hazelnuts. 



Beef Pithivier. (Okay its a pie.) Beef fillet wrapped in spinach and venison sausagemeat, topped with a fig and covered in puff pastry. Rosemary and red wine sauce, rainbow chard and cavolo nero. 


Veggie Main.

Goats Cheese Pithivier. (Yep. Still a pie.) Mild goats cheese, (not too goaty!) wrapped in spinach and sun-dried tomato rosemary tapenade. With chargrilled peppers, courgette, aubergine and fig in puff pastry. With a rosemary and red wine sauce, rainbow chard and cavolo nero. 



Sticky Toffee Plum Pudding with Blackberries, Vanilla Custard and Apple Beignets.

Its a bargain at £35 per person! Deposit of £10 per person needed to reserve your seat. Let me know! I'll be waiting. Literally.

We're back with two new dates for our Supper Club on our beloved New Smithfield Market:

Saturday 5th August 2017

It'll be a blinking delicious summer menu that should make your nose fizz with excitement, and as usual it will reflect whats delicious on the market at that time. In the meantime, this is what you might get, unless I change my mind at the last minute..

Welcome Aperitif.

Beetroot Brownie Martini.

Beetroot, Pear, Gin, Creme De Cacao, Dark Chocolate Rim and a sprig of Dill. 


Amuse Bouche.

I’ve decided not to do a Mixed-Grill-Sized effort this time.. 


Duck Proscuitto Biscotti with plum and sesame seed dressing.



Warm Asparagus and Basil, with frozen pea pod tea and a cryogenic micro-flower..



Pan-fried Mackerel Fillet with a warm Elderflower and Gooseberry sauce and a Summer Herb & Hazelnut Salad. 



Porchetta. An Italian favourite - a pork loin and belly joint rolled, stuffed and roasted with plenty of crackling and served with pan gravy, smoked apple purée and a Broad bean, pine nut and lemon thyme arancini. 



Lemon Posset, Pimms Granita, Strawberry Cucumber & Mint Salad. Lemon Shortbread.


Coffee/Tea and Petits Fours including:

Caramel Macchiato Tartlet

Blueberry & Biscoff Cheesecake

Dark Chocolate Truffle with Raspberry, White Chocolate and Pistachio.


All this for £30 per person. ARE YOU HAVING A GIGGLE?! As usual we ask for a deposit of £10 per person in advance to cover us in case you’re a despicable Unreliable and don’t show up. I would be eternally grateful if you could send an email shouting “YAY COUNT ME IN”  to and I'll send you the bank transfer details.

Its BYOB. We have actual wine glasses and ice buckets for those so inclined. If you’re drinking beer then you’ll have to either drink it out of a Cabernet Tulipe or from the bottle.. I’m sure Justine will wipe the rim for you if you tip her enough..
